Equity Applicable: As stated with the specific item your are renting , viewed at our website and in your checkout details.
Purchase Option: You may elect to purchase and end this contract for the buyout price as stated in your final checkout details. The optional buyout/purchase price is as stated in your checkout summary following this agreement. Any previously paid, allowable equity applicable rental fees can be applied toward your purchase price at the time of purchase. You must contact us to make arrangements for purchase if you wish to exercise your option to purchase,.

This is a rental contract and shall remain so until you engage your option to purchase. Monthly rental fees paid beyond the stated allowable equity amount are considered rental fees and will not be applicable towards purchase. Any equity applicable accrued fees may also be applied to an upgraded instrument purchase within the same category if you decide to move to a higher level instrument. Your paid equity applicable amount is retained in your account until you use your buyout option or return the instrument rental.

Automated Billing: You agree to keep a valid credit card for monthly billing of your rental fee and any other due charges. Monthly fees are deducted 7-14 days on average prior to the due date and in the event of credit card decline, e-mail notice will be sent. You are responsible to provide an updated credit card to clear all fee's prior to the due date to avoid late fee's and account default. Any credit card provided for billing purposes may be used without notice

to clear rental fees, past due fees, late fees and fees that may remain due after return.

Late Fee: A late fee in the amount of $15 will be applied for any payment that becomes past due according to the actual due date.

Insurance: We will cover damage issues that may arise during the course of your rental. You must notify us within 48 hours of a damage issue. Renter will pay S&H on any replacement. We do not cover negligent loss or damage.

Ownership: Until such time that the renter initiates the optional purchase of the instrument this contract shall remain a rental agreement and the rental property shall remain the property of JST Mailhouse, Inc.

Return: The name on your account must be filled in on the return form located at our website. You should retain tracking and proof of delivery for your records in the event of dispute. A basic reconditioning fee shall apply in the event of any return. Fees may be charged for excessive wear and tear or cosmetic damage on a returned instrument. A full listing of return fees is available at our website site map and subject to change at anytime.

Collection: Accounts that become 60 days past due will be will be considered in default of this contract. Any and all previously accrued equity will no longer apply toward the contract cost of the instrument in the event of default. Rental fees will continue to accrue until the instrument has been returned. We will seek all rental fees, late fees, attorney, collection and court fees. If the instrument has not been returned we will also seek collection of the full rental contract price of the instrument as well as any applicable theft of rental complaints with the state and county in which delivery was made.

Electronic Signature: Checkout indicates your electronic signature and affirmation that you agree to these terms as stated here and at our website on this date (date of checkout on this invoice) as a legally binding rental

contract between the renter (you) as provided at checkout and (we) JST Mailhouse, Inc. (FluteRentals.com).
